Prepping a new deck
We've been advised by our installer to use a product called Seasonite by Flood Products on our newly built deck. He has suggested that it be cleaned before application of this product. Is biowash simple wash the correct cleaner brightener. He only said clean it but didn't mention brightening. Your site mentions that if you clean the deck you must use a brightener to correct ph balance. So can we use this all in one product or do we need separate products.

re: Bio Wash Simple Wash
No it should not unless the stain is very deteriorated.

Bio Wash Simple Wash
Will using Simple Wash remove existing stain. We just want to clean off some dirt and mildew caused by evergreen trees near the cottage.

I have a problem with some concrete in front of my house. We used to park our old car on there which was leaking oil. Obviously the concrete now is stained because of the oil leaks. Would this product be able to remove the oil stains?
