You could use either size but I like the 10" better as it covers 50% more. Paint tray is fine

Quest about Padco Deck and Stain Pad 7inch

I've never used one of these. I don't know if I need a 7" or 10" wide pad.
Is 7" the most handy for a 16' by 19' deck?
Also, would I need to use a paint tray with the pad, or bucket?
