30 Day Return Policy
 
You must call first before returning any products!
  • In the event of a return the Purchaser must pay for all shipping charges of the products that are being returned. We will only honor returns on unopened products. Please make sure that you pick the appropriate color and/or product necessary to complete your project. Please email us if you have any color or technical questions @ sales@opwdecks.com
 
Orders With Free Shipping on 5 Gallon Pails:
  • Please understand that we give free shipping on all 5 gallon buckets but it actually costs us $20-$35 per 5 gallon pail depending on your zip code. Once the product(s) are returned to our warehouse we will credit your card less our original costs of shipping for 5 Gallon pails and any other shipping charges on your invoice for companion products. 
 
Orders Without 5 Gallon Pails:
 
Exchanges:
  • You must call for all exchange requests!
  • The Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges. This includes charges for return of original product(s) and charges for shipment of replaced product(s) back to the customer. We will not send out the new item until we receive the original first. We will not exchange sealers, cleaners, strippers, or brighteners that have been opened or partially used.
 
Warranties:
  • All items carry manufactures warranty only. No exceptions!
 
Wood Deck Stain Colors:
  • All the products we sell are transparent tinted stains/sealers. The final color is determined by age of wood, preparation of wood, application of stain, and type of wood. We will not return any opened products due to color. Please email us if you have any color questions @ sales@opwdecks.com
Damaged Orders:

Any product that is accidently damaged causing product loss or equipment failure during shipping will be replaced at no charge after a claim has been made though the shipping company. Cans or pails that are dented during shipment will not be replaced unless leaking. A digital picture will be required.
