My home floods as it is wood frame with brick veneer. Water comes right through the brick during hurricanes. Is it possible to seal the brick and keep water from coming into my home? If so, what product will work best?

Can I use the chapin clean and stain sprayer for superseal 25 concrete sealer, or do I have to use the Chapin 1949 concrete sprayer?
