We will reply to your comment shortlyWhen you reseal after Super Sealer has been down for 2 years, do you need to strip the old Super Sealer off, or can you reapply over the old coat. If you can do this, how many times can you reseal before having to strip? Or, do you ever have to strip?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyReapply over the old coat. You can do this at least a few times if not more.

We will reply to your comment shortlyI have pavers around my pool and lanai in SW Florida. Pavers under the roof had efflorescence on them and I used a mix of muriatic acid and water to remove. Everything looks good now. All pavers look great wet. Will the SuperSeal 30 duplicate that look? Thanks
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyIt will enhance like a wet look and add a glossy shine as well.

We will reply to your comment shortlyI just applied Super Seal 30 on my stampeded concert patio, with a brush. It’s been about an hour after and I’m noticing little bubbles are starting to appear while drying. Is that normal? I was planning on applying a second coat after Aprox 4 hrs of driving.
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyBubbles can happen to stamped concrete when applying in the sun. Bubbling of a sealer can also occur if application is done in hot weather, or if the concrete is in direct sun. In these conditions, the sealer will “skin over” and dry on the surface before all of the solvent has evaporated. The pressure of the solvent trying to evaporate will form a bubble in the sealer surface. It’s best to apply sealers during the coolest part of the day when concrete is not in direct sun.
Best to not apply a second coat. Later in the early evening and out of the sun, you can apply xylene solvent with a sprayer to all bubbles. This will flatten them so it dries correctly.

We will reply to your comment shortlyMy stamped patio was put in last year, and was sealed with a different acrylic, it’s so slippery I’d like to re-apply with the super seal 30 with the grip. Am I reading correctly that in order to use the super grip it requires two coats of super seal 30 with the grip on both applications?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyIf you already have a base coat, you will not need two coats of the SS30. Just one with the grip added.

We will reply to your comment shortlyI have a 2 year old 16 x 16 stamped patio (see pics), contractor said to seal every 2 years. I'm purchasing super seal 30 and need 3 gals. If I purchase a 5 gal pail & store the remainder
for 2 years until I need to seal again, will it still be good.-
We will reply to your comment shortlyThe shelf life of an opened container is 12 months. No guarantee it will last 2 years.
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyI’m also thinking about using the super grip do the surface is not slippery. This patio is our main entrance

We will reply to your comment shortlyI have a stamped cement pool deck. I don't know if the original stain applied was petroleum-based or other. Does it make a difference with Super Seal 30 as the sealer?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyThat depends on the current condition of the current sealer and if it has discolored or not? Feel free to post a picture.

We will reply to your comment shortlyi ordered super seal on 7/10/17 haven't used it yet, it is still closed .what is the shelf life on your product ?
-
We will reply to your comment shortlyDepends on how it was stored if good or not? If it froze or exposed to high temps, it may have gone bad. If stored correctly, then it is still good.
