SuperSealVOC can be used for Stamped Concrete, Stamped Cement, Decorative Cement, Bricks, Acid Stained Cement, Concrete Stains, and Exposed Aggregate. Enhances the natural color of your Brick Pavers and Cement with a "wet" look. SuperSealVOC can be sprayed on with the Chapin 1949 Concrete Sprayer or applied with a 1/2" roller cover. You cannot use a plastic "inexpensive" sprayer. SuperSealVOC will help sand erosion reducing the amount of weeds. One coat is recommended. Coverage is about 100 sq. feet per gallon or 500 sq. feet per five gallon. One coat will result in a satin/semi-gloss sheen depending on porosity of brick. Extra coats will result in a higher gloss.

It depends on your traffic and UV exposure. Usually every 18-36 months.

The SuperSeal VOC is bascially the exact same product as the SuperSeal25 but with am exempt solvent that makes it compliant for California and other low VOC states.
Yes overall it is a better product then Glaze and Seal.

Tried to order your superseal30 but I guess it is prohibited in Calif. How does your SuperSealVOC Semi-Gloss 5 Gallon compare to Glase & Seals Wet Look? Does your product hold its "wet look" longer? I liked the wet look using the Glaze n Seal product however it did not last very long. Thanks very .much for your recommendations.
