TWP 1500 Series

All colors are the same.

TWP 500 Series is similar in technology and performance to TWP 100 series with one exception, TWP 500 series contains approximately twice the solids. Drying time of TWP 500 series is longer, therefore, we recommend only one coat on horizontal surfaces. You will notice that the TWP 500 series colors are slightly darker than the colors of the TWP 100 series. Our two most popular colors in the TWP 500 series are similar to the two most popular in the TWP 100 series. TWP 511 California Redwood is very similar in color to TWP 101 Cedartone and TWP 515 Light Cedar is very similar in color to TWP 115 Honeytone. TWP 500 series is a proven high quality product designed to beautify and preserve wood. Customers will appreciate TWP 500 series as it is providing a healthier environment by reducing air pollution.

re: TWP 500 series
The TWP 500 is discontinued. You would want the newer 1500 series.

re: TWP 500 - cedartone 501
The 500 series has been discontinued and replaced with the new improved 1500 version. The 1501 Cedartone is the same color as the 501 cedartone.

TWP 500 - cedartone 501
Over the last few years I have purchased 25 or 30 gallons of TWP 500 - cedartone 501 from your store. I noticed you no longer carry this product. Is it temporarily out of stock or permanently? I also noticed the new 1500 series TWP. Is that meant to be a direct replacement for the old 500 series? If I purchase the 1501 will the color be identical to the old 501 cedartone?
